Support

Help with GoGo and other Giant VFX iOS apps.

Need help with GoGo?

We’re a small studio, so support comes straight from the people who built the app. Email us with what’s going on and we’ll get back to you, usually within one business day.

When reporting a bug, please include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the GoGo version (Settings → About), and a brief description — a screenshot or screen recording speeds things up.

Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my GoGo Pro subscription?

If you've previously subscribed to GoGo Pro and reinstalled the app or switched devices, open GoGo → Settings → GoGo Pro → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be re-linked to the Apple ID you originally used to purchase it. If nothing happens, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID and try again.

How do I cancel my GoGo Pro subscription?

GoGo Pro is managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap GoGo Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How does LiveLink (live score sharing) work?

Start a match in GoGo, tap the share icon on the scoreboard, then choose 'LiveLink'. The app creates a room with a random 6-character code and gives you a link to share. Anyone with the link can open it in a browser and watch the scoreboard update live. Because rooms are public-by-code, only share the link with people you're happy to share the match with. The room auto-expires about an hour after the match ends.

How does CoScore (multi-phone co-scoring) work?

CoScore lets several phones update the same match. The host phone shares a join code; other phones tap 'Join CoScore' in GoGo and enter the code. Score changes sync between all connected phones in real time. Like LiveLink, the session is anonymous — no accounts needed — and the shared data is removed shortly after the match ends.

Does GoGo work offline?

Yes — solo scoring, match history, player profiles, and the on-phone scoreboard all work fully offline. You only need an internet connection for the optional LiveLink (browser viewers) and CoScore (multi-phone) features. The Apple Watch companion and the iPad spectator display work over a direct connection on the local network, so no internet is required for those either.
